NAMI ACS relies on its membership and your generous contributions to continue providing education and other services to people with mental illnesses, their families, and the community.

  • Standard Membership dues for a full year are $35.00.
  • Open Door Membership dues for a full year are $3.00 *.

* Financial need, Same privileges as Standard Membership

Join NAMI ACS by following the steps listed below.

  1. You can join NAMI ACS by going to the NAMI California website at www.namicalifornia.org.
  2. Click on the "Join NAMI" button.
  3. Find: 00116-NAMI Alameda County South in the "Membership Affiliate" dropdown.
  4. Then complete the application process. While on the NAMI California website, you may want to subscribe to their e-newsletter.

If you prefer to join with a check, please down load and mail a membership application form by clicking: Membership Application. Please remember to make checks out to NAMI Alameda County South.

Annual membership dues are tax deductible and renewable 12 months from initial application. Membership entitles you to receive NAMI California's publication - The Connection and NAMI National's - The Advocate. NAMI ACS President's monthly letter will keep you up to date on your affiliate's activities and plans.

As many of you know, our education programs are offered to participants at no cost to you. It is through your financial and volunteer support that we bring these much needed NAMI Programs to our community. All donations to NAMI ACS are fully tax deductible.

NAMIWalks 2013 - Results

We had a great walk in Golden Gate Park on June 1, 2013. NAMI ACS net walk proceeds was $19,700.91 Thank you Team Captains and Teams.

We have already started planning our 2014 NAMI Walk.
Save the date -- Our 2014 NAMI Walk will be held in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park on May 31, 2014.
